We’re thrilled to welcome Cory Johnson as our new Executive Director. Cory also serves as a Permanent Deacon in the Archdiocese of Montreal, bringing both spiritual depth and strategic leadership to this role.
With roots in military service and a distinguished career in the agriculture inspection industry and public-sector leadership, Cory offers a rare blend of discipline, vision, and pastoral care. But more than credentials, it’s his heart for people and his passion for unity that define his leadership.
Cory is deeply committed to empowering lay leaders, strengthening parish connections, and building vibrant faith communities where dialogue, inclusion, and collaboration thrive. He’s not just stepping into a role—he’s stepping into a mission: to renew the ESCC as a dynamic force for unity, innovation, and lasting impact.
